“Cloaked in Humanity” 18″x 24″, 2022. George Washington gets a pop art treatment.

Come see my contribution to the Cloaked Crusader: George Washington in Comics and Pop Culture exhibit at the Fraunces Tavern® Museum in New York City, located by the Financial District. “Cloaked in Humanity” is my Pop Art take on George Washington, made with candy wrappers. Marvel Comics Editor-in-Chief, Jim Shooter (1978-87) will be the guest speaker. The exhibit has an incredible line up of legendary artists: Michael Golden, Arthur Suydam, George Evans, George Perez, Neal Adams, Kurt Swan, Graham Nolan, Jose Marzan, Jr, Fred Fredericks and others.
